How we work

A project you can
understand and follow.

Visible progress, shared decisions and a clearly defined next step.

  1. 01

    Understand

We review the problem, who uses the system and the outcome you need. We identify constraints and integrations.

    Problem and priorities
  2. 02

    Define

We define an initial delivery: scope, proposal, responsibilities and criteria for accepting the work.

    Scope and proposal
  3. 03

    Build

We design and develop in stages. We review progress with you and agree on changes to scope.

    Reviewable deliveries
  4. 04

    Launch

We prepare testing, production deployment and documentation. We agree on the support your operation needs.

    Launch and continuity

Scope and investment

Start with the problem
worth solving.

Your budget depends on your operation, integrations and initial delivery. Before proposing a solution, we need to understand that context.

Discuss project fit

What we define together

  • What belongs in the first release and what comes later.
  • Which data, access and integrations are needed.
  • Deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria.
  • Code, documentation, hosting and support.

Not everything is defined yet? We can start with the workflow that is holding you back.

Before we begin

Good questions.
Clear answers.

When does custom software make sense?

When an important workflow does not fit existing tools, you need to connect systems, or you are building a distinct product experience. If an existing product already solves the problem well, it may be the better starting point.

How are price and timing determined?

They depend on workflows, users, integrations, data migration and operational requirements. We first clarify scope and risks, then propose deliverables, milestones and a budget. You do not need a technical specification to start a conversation.

Can you work with an existing system?

Yes. We start by reviewing its condition, access, documentation and integrations. That helps us determine what to keep, what to connect and what to improve in stages.

How do you work with US teams?

We work from Lima, Peru, at UTC−5 year-round. The difference from US Eastern Time is zero or one hour depending on the season. We agree on meeting hours, communication and project responsibilities before work begins.

What about code, data and ongoing support?

The proposal sets out deliverables, code ownership, access, documentation and support terms. Hosting and maintenance responsibilities are also agreed before work begins.

Is your ERP/POS the same as custom development?

They are separate offers. CyberPOS and the other Createam Cloud products are subscription software for businesses in Peru. Custom development is scoped and quoted for your project.
