From workflow to design
From the dashboard to each opportunity’s next step. These adapted views illustrate a possible design with fictional contacts, activities and figures.

Each opportunity has a stage and a next activity.
Owners and tasks in the same context.
Modules, permissions and integrations defined with you.
Example design with fictional data. We can adapt the interface, modules and integrations to your workflow. Final scope is agreed for each project.
From first contact to follow-up
A custom CRM is software for managing customers, leads and sales opportunities, developed around a business’s workflow. It brings together relationship history, team tasks and the information needed to decide what to do next.
At CREATEAM, we start with how you sell today: what salespeople record, what managers approve and what needs to connect to the rest of the business.
What we can build
We select the first release’s modules around your priorities. This is a scope guide, not a fixed package.
Records for companies, people, relationship history and the data your workflow needs.
Sales stages, owners, next steps and closing reasons defined with your team.
Activities and reminders that make it clear who should continue each conversation.
Documents and review rules that reflect how your business prepares a proposal.
Connections to your website, ERP or other tools, subject to their APIs and permissions.
Role-based access, traceability and reporting that answers your operational questions.
Decide before you build
A custom tool should address a business need. We help you evaluate which path makes sense.
An available platform’s configuration covers your sales stages and requirements.
Review features, team adoption, licenses and integrations before deciding.
Your CRM works, but you need to exchange data or address a specific part of the workflow.
Check APIs, access and platform limits first. An integration may be enough.
Important workflows, data or business rules do not fit available options well.
Define an initial release and an internal owner, and plan for maintenance and future development.
Scope and investment
Your quote is based on your workflow, integrations and a defined initial release. A custom CRM also needs an operating and maintenance budget.
Discuss my CRM scopeThe proposal separates development, external services, hosting and support. Price and timing are agreed after reviewing scope.

Explore our products and engineeringBefore building your CRM
Start by describing how leads arrive, who handles them, the stages of a sale and where information gets lost. We use that map to assess whether to configure an existing tool, connect systems or build a custom CRM. The first version is scoped around your priority workflow.
An existing platform may be enough when its configuration covers your sales process. Custom development is worth evaluating when you need workflows, data relationships or integrations that configuration does not address well. We compare scope, upfront investment, recurring costs, maintenance and usability for your team.
The quote depends on your sales process, roles and permissions, integrations, data migration and reporting. We define an initial release before estimating it. The proposal separates development, external services, hosting and support; owning a CRM does not remove these costs.
Timing is defined after reviewing scope, data quality and access to external systems. We agree on stages and acceptance criteria for an initial version, with testing by your sales team before launch.
We can assess these integrations based on each system’s APIs, permissions and capabilities. The proposal specifies which data is exchanged, in which direction and how often. WhatsApp and other services may require provider accounts, approvals and fees; these are reviewed before committing to scope.
We first review an authorized data sample, its fields, duplicates and export options. Migration may include cleanup, mapping, a test import and validation. Its scope and responsibility for data quality are agreed in the proposal.
Deliverables, code ownership, access, data export and documentation need to be agreed in writing. Hosting, backups, maintenance and support are also defined. Licenses for components and external services are identified separately.
