Who is responsible for your data

CREATEAM is a software development company based in Lima, Peru. We are the data controller for personal data submitted through createam.io. You can reach us at hello@createam.io.

What we collect

Only what you send us. If you submit the contact form, that is:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name, if you choose to give it
• The content of your message

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you send through that channel. We do not buy contact lists and we do not enrich your record with data from third parties.

Why we use it

To answer you, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of the conversation so you do not have to repeat yourself. We do not use it for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing email to people who only asked a question.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you tick the box on the contact form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated. This site is operated under Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and its regulations. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also exercise the rights granted to you by the GDPR.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data. It reaches third parties only as processors supporting the site:

• Our email form provider, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Our website analytics provider, where enabled, which records anonymised usage of the site.
• WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us through it, under its own privacy terms.
• Our scheduling provider, if you book a call, which handles the booking and your chosen time.

These providers may process data outside Peru, including in the United States and the European Union.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking pixels. Where site analytics is enabled, it records aggregate usage such as pages viewed and approximate country, to tell us what is useful and what is not. Your browser can block these at any time without breaking the site.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation is live, and for up to two years afterwards so we can pick it up again if you come back. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your rights

You may ask us to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete it
• Stop using it for a particular purpose
• Withdraw consent you previously gave

Write to hello@createam.io and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows. If you are in Peru and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and has no public database behind it. Enquiries land in a mailbox with access limited to the people who need to answer them.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use data you already sent us will be communicated directly.
